Missing channels - Charter 01532

 Missing channels - Charter 01532 Within the last 2 weeks some channels have been removed from my program guide. Some of them are 4,5,6,7 but there are probably others. I'm running v 2.51.0032 and have reset/rebuilt the program guide several times.

Re: Missing channels - Charter 01532 I see two options for charter.Charter - Worcester - cable - Worcester county & Charter - Worcester - digital_cable - Worcester county

Re: Missing channels - Charter 01532 Thanks for the info. I tried configuring with Charter - Worcester - cable - Worcester county and I was able to see the channels 4,5,6,7 listed in the program guide, along with the program info.
Channels
4. WBZ-DT
5. WCVB-DT
6. WFXT-DT
7. WHDHT
Please let me know the specific channel names that are missing.

Re: Missing channels - Charter 01532 Those are the channel names I'm missing. Now the question is...why does it work on your system and not on mine? What do I need to do? As I said before, they used to appear, but suddenly stopped.

Re: Missing channels - Charter 01532 This looks like your TV guide data may be corrupted. I would suggest you to try reconfiguring the TV setup with a different zip code or very close to your location and then try your zip code which may resolve this issue. As a final resort, a fresh installation would help you resolve your issue.
