Post Windows Phone 7
Hi, i just switched from Android to Windows Phone 7 and was wondering if there were any plans to support or make a Windows Phone app?

I don't usually do "me too" posts, but as a recent Windows Phone 7 user, it pains me that my Orb experience is sub par on my new phone. I would love a native client.

We'd love too as well! But we can't do it today due to limitations of the Windows Phone 7 SDK from Microsoft... Check out http://blog.orb.com/?p=125

I'm really digging my Windows Phone 7. I've been surprised by the way it's won me over. While reading the press on the upcoming Mango update, I noticed they planned to add networking socket support (see link below). I am a huge Orb fan and would love to see an Orb app on WP7. Any chance that we'll get one this fall? Pretty please! :)

They will do it. You know they will do it. Orb has done nothing but impress people with their software. So you know they will bring it. However, you probably won't see it until late Q4 of the year which sucks but thats thanks to Microsoft sitting on the Mango update for so long. They treat it as though it's the next amazing version of its OS (like Apple from iOS3 to 4), but really its just a massive patch for all the massive amount of missing features it should have had in the first place (....like custom ringtones...who the heck leaves that out). So really they launched a phone half finished so they can get it out quicker and called it a complete product...and then wait a whole year before truley releasing it in a more complete form. *sigh* --- So as soon as MS decides to let us have the full version of their software, Orb will prob pitch a great app into the marketplace in a matter of weeks (given that they have access to the Dev Kit far before hand of course).

My Titan would love an orb client. I went to mycast and chose a video file but tells me it can not play the file on my phone.

I would love an Orb app for my Titan. Sucks that I can not view my videos through the IE9 app. Gives me an error that the file type is not supported. TVersity does not work well either.
