Post How to add custom radio channels
Hi there,

I understand the process of adding a custom channel to orb but I am not sure how to find the actual url to add. If i go to wwls, the sports animal web site, I click on listen live and it opens up it's own window, called gateway.amdohs.net.

From their streaming area, I can look at properties and get the following url

http://gateway.andohs.net/player/?sid=2967&nid=2920

If i use this url in orb, it does not find it. Can anyone give me advice. I have many Oklahoma stations that i can listen to on the individual websites that I would love to stream to my phone.

Regarding how to locate the right stream, open up firefox browser and while listening to the required stream, click on upper bar Tools>Page Info> Media>Address

usually one of the embedded addresses (look to the right) is the stream you want, paste and try on your media player, if it plays the stream then you got it. Bye and enjoy

I am trying to add this page, but for some reason it will not open. If i use the ling in a new browser window it will work, but if I post it @ orb, it will not???

Hi!
I'm trying everything here to add a custom radio station. But I can't play it.

The URL I'm adding plays without any problems in MPC and WA, but not in WMP (dunno why).
But when trying to play it via Orb I can't connect to the media (from a computer) or Orb seems to crash (from mobile).

I viewed the logs and found out that it can't render the file as WMP, how do I fix this. It's an MP3-stream at 160kbps, and I have installed codecs for almost every known container and format (feels like it, only for all the more or less common).

All the default stations works fine, but not RawFM.

Can someone here help me what to do?
