 Missing local channels in guide. I finally got the paid OrbLive app working on the iPhone after installing Windows 7. The problem now is that my channel guide on the phone starts at 70, excluding all my local channels. Any thoughts/suggestions/advice? Thanks in advance guys.

Re: Missing local channels in guide. Your Orb version (click Orb tray icon > About), Zip and Provider please.... How about guide listing at http://mycast.orb.com on your PC? Did you try resetting your program guide at mycast.orb.com - Open Application - Control Panel - TV/Webcams - Program Guide - reset?

Re: Missing local channels in guide. Orb version 2.51.0032. Provider is DirecTV Las Vegas, ZIP is 89074.
Trying to reset the Program Guide from mycast.orb.com did nothing.

I tried generating guide for your Zipcode / provider, I can all the channels listed (3,5,8,10,13,15,19,21,25,27,33,39 before channel 70). Are we missing something?

Re: Missing local channels in guide. I suspect that this might due some TV guide data corruption. Try the following and let us know for results: - Quit Orb - Set LogLevel to 4 (refer this forum post to set LogLevel) - Start Orb - Rerun your TV Setup at OrbTray - Control Panel - TV - follow the set-up wizard and try again. If problem persist even after re-running your TV set-up, please zip up your Orb Logs and OrbTV folder. Try the following to zip up your OrbTv folder and logs folder: - Click Start --> Run - Copy and paste this path %AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\OrbNetworks\- Right click on the Logs folder and OrbTV folder - Click on Send to --> Compressed folder and you are done !!! - Attach the logs.zip folder and OrbTV.zip folder to userlogs@orb.com and reference this forum post in your email.

Re: Missing local channels in guide. OK I think following this procedure gave me a big clue as to the cause of the problem. When I go to run the wizard under TV options, I have TWO tuners to choose from, an analog tuner and a digital tuner. The digital tuner has all my local channels, and the analog tuner has all my satellite channels. This is really strange, when I used Orb in Windows Vista it had combined both tuners into one guide but now it is reading them separately and only sending the satellite channels to my iPhone. How do I fix this and get it to read both tuners at the same time?

Re: Missing local channels in guide. By the way both tuners are from the same Hauppage Win-TV card. I have never had Orb consider both the analog and the digital tuner on the same card as separate tuners and provide two separate guides.

Re: Missing local channels in guide. Please note that this is a feature given in Orb to configure your analog and digital tuner separately. Even though your configure them separately, Orb will combine the two guides and display it in http://mycast.orb.com.

Broadcast TV zip code 91932 is missing channel 69-1 the fox network.
