My provider is not listed for ZIP 55447 - provider Comcast

We tried the same Zip Code: 55447 and found the following options for comcast:
Comcast - Brooklyn Park - cable - Brooklyn Park Comcast - Brooklyn Park - digital_cable - Brooklyn Park
Could you please let us know your EXACT provider, if it is different from above?

When we put the 55447 zip code in and all we get back as a response is ATSC Digital broadcast. No mention of Comcast or other providers. Finally choose Comcast Minneapolis from the 55402 Zip Code.

I would suggest you to re-run the tv setup in Orb and make sure to select the ANALOG TUNER and enter your zipcode to see the providers list.
