Orb doesn't do a good job of keeping track of the videos on my computer. Often it will not notice recordings added to a folder until I restart Orb, and it will often keep the data for a video file that I have deleted (locally) from a folder even after I've restarted Orb. I haven't been able to detect any pattern in what files it updates properly and which it doesn't. I have seen the problem repeatedly with Tivo files, but have not tested to see if it happens with my other video folders or with music folders. Sometimes after a file is deleted it will also show the metadata from one deleted file attached to the thumbnail for another deleted file.

To add to this, there is no indication when I delete a file in Orb (the web interface) that it exists or doesn't exist in reality on the computer. There's no error saying the file could not be found or anything along those lines, the metadata simply disappears.

I had the same problem... the only way I could get ORB to update was reinstalling it.
I have for now, installed ver 1 after having that problem and a problem with no mater what video I select it plays the same one.
Hopefully they fix this soon... I like the interface of ver 2 better.
