For some reason channel 155 (NFL Redzone channel) is missing from the Dish Network TV guide. Did a reset, but still doesn't show up. Thanks for any help you can provide...

To narrow down your issue further, please let us know the following:

- What is your Orb software version (click the Orb tray icon, then About.)?
- What is your exact Zipcode?
- Is your TV provider analog / digital?

I have the latest version, 2.51.0032.

Zipcode is 20121, set to Dish Network with locals (Wash DC), Digital.

I know Channel 155 is relatively new - just started on Dish Network for this NFL season. Maybe the guide provider just hasn't been updated yet?

Also, not sure if it's a bug or by design, but if I try to do quickplay and manually enter channel 155 I get the below message. Does Orb not let you manually tune to channels that aren't in the program guide? It seems to get confused because it says 155 is the FUEL channel, which is really 154, and results in that error.

It looks like TV guide data is corrupted. Please zip up your Orb Logs and OrbTV folder so we can try and help you. Try the following to zip up your OrbTv folder and logs folder:

- Click Start --> Run
- Copy and paste this path %AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\OrbNetworks\
- Right click on the Logs folder and OrbTV folder
- Click on Send to --> Compressed folder and you are done !!!
- Attach the logs.zip folder and OrbTV.zip folder to userlogs@orb.com and reference this forum post in your email.

Program Guide still not updated? How long does this take?

Sorry, usually Tv guide issue wont take more 2 to 3 weeks if it can be fixed easily but we are yet to hear from our TV guide provider. We will send a reminder again w.r.t your issue.

Since it doesn't look like you guys are going to get the guide corrected, how can I manually add this channel so orb will let me tune to it?

We contacted our TV Data feed provider who, in turn, contacted your Service provider. We have to wait for their update. Sometimes (especially when your Service Provider is not very responsive) it may even take months before a program guide is updated. Also note that you won't be able to add the channel manually unless you run OrbChannelScan which is not there in US build since the guide is EPG.
