Post webcam recording stopping
hello first I would like to thank orb for such a useful program. It has been an awesome solution for me for streaming content

Ok so I have several webcams set up to record at 1 hour increments all day (24 scheduled passes a day)

However lately if the recording starts it will show it is recording but the file it creates will reach about 3 megs and stop. Even though the taskbar icon, light on the webcam and notification on my orb login page says it is recording

I removed all scheduled recording and then set them all again and same problem still exists.. I can sometimes just exit orb and restart orb and the recording might even start right back up but sometimes it does not

of the 3 I have 2 have the latest 2.51.0032 and one has 2.51.0049

I am not trying to do the motion detect on the webcams I just wish to have them record 24/7

update I have all updated to 2.51.0032 now...........

also sometimes the recorded file is only a few hundred k

Sorry, it is really hard to help without details about your setup. Please let us know the following so we can try and help you:

- Do you have 3 computers? Also, how many webcams are connected to each PC? Please explain in detail.
- What is the make / model of your webcam(s)?

Post orb crashes every other hour
every other hour on the hour I get the Orb crash report this has happened ever since I upgraded to 2.51.0032

this kills the webcam recording for the hour is crashed

it starts it self back up but does not record anything till the next hour.

This is happening on 3 computers.. 2 of the webcams are generic 1 is a dynex..

should I revert back to an older version?
