I have a strange problem. When I select a live TV stream from mycast.orb.com, the viewer launches and the video plays, but the picture is upside down. I've tried it using both VideoLAN and Windows Media Player with the same results. I have a Hauppauge 1950 and run the orb server under Windows XP. The video plays correctly on my ipod touch. Any idea about what might be the problem?

Well, I have solved the problem. First, I removed k-lite (a codec package). That sovled one problem I was having. Only one quarter of the video field was being displayed. However, I still got the upside down video. I then removed VideoLAN and updated Windows Media Player to the latest one (I think it was 12). Then I made sure that the .asx type was associated with Windows Media Player. This solved the problem.

I installed Media Player 10 on my Orb Win XP SP3 box and it fixed the upside down issue.
