hi,

when trying to stream video on wifi i keep getting this error even on files that have previously worked...

error
orbwebapierrordomain: unhandled exception, unknown error.

i can then click ok and at the top where it normally says my username it says failed

I can certainly try and help you. Please provide details for the below:

- What file type are you trying to stream?
- Are you able to stream those video files fine on your Orb Pc via http://mycast.orb.com?
- Did you try stream those video files after restarting Orb / Orb PC?

they are avi files, 170kbps 25 frames a second, 128kbps audio size 704 x 432

it wouldn't play in vlc which is my default but would play in windows media player

yes i tried, they still wouldn't start, although again other files seem to work fine...

To narrow down this issue further, please set your logLevel to 4 (for instructions see: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=12841), try streaming few working and non-working video files on your Orb PC via http://mycast.orb.com (using OrbFlashPlayer) and then on your iPhone via OrbLive, later zip up and send us your logs folder to userlogs@orb.com, so we can try and help you.

You can also try streaming those video after installing Klite codec pack.
