Post Issues with tray icon
I have a very similar issue on my Windows Vista machine. When I look in my system tray, I have two Orb icons. Once is the grayed out Orb and the other is the red Orb. Clicking on the red orb does nothing. Right clicking on the gray orb opens a username and password box and then an immediate popup telling my that my password is incorrect. I cannot change the password.

The only work around that I have found so far is to open the Task Manager and kill all the Orb processes that are running. Then, I can double click on my desktop Orb icon and everything will work. After about a day or so, I am back to the two orb icons in the system tray and have to start over.

Any ideas?

To narrow down this issue further, please provide details for the below:

- What is your Orb version? (Click Orb tray - About)
- Did you upgrade from a previous version of Orb? If yes, from which version of Orb.
- Also, zip up and email your Orblogs folder to userlogs@orb.com immediately after receiving this error make sure to reference this forum post.
