orb crashes every time I try to add media folders

 orb crashes every time I try to add media folders Orb media panel crashes every time I try to add media folders and hit refresh. Most of my media is NOT in itunes, but on external firewire drives. I have repaired my disk permissions and am using Orb v2.52.0028. I have a mac pro with 6 gigs of ram and running 10.5.8. Here is the crash id...

Re: orb crashes every time I try to add media folders Update .... I have now tried to install Orb on another Mac computer. This time a macbook running the same os ... 10.5.8. On this mac, Orb crashes after I log in and try to index my itunes. I've repaired the disk permissions and tried to restart the mac, but the same thing happens. It would appear as if this program is VERY buggy. I do hope you work on this and get it fixed. I just bought the iphone app and I want to access my media.

Re: orb crashes every time I try to add media folders Same problem here. The Mac version just doesn't work. It crashed every time when I tried to index my folders, either Simple or Advanced, on my Mac OS 10.5.8. Can't even test OrbLive iPhone app because the desktop version doesn't work.

Re: orb crashes every time I try to add media folders I would request you to zip up and send us your Orb logs folder (you can find Orb logs in /Library/Logs/OrbNetworks) which will help us to diagnose this crash. Thanks in advance for sending your logs to userlogs@orb.com. Kindly reference this forum thread in your email.

Re: orb crashes every time I try to add media folders This happens to me too, not just on indexing, but just keeping the app open. I ALWAYS send the error details to orb as it offers you that option, so you have all my information, the account is the same as my username. very, very frustrating.
