Can someone PLEASE give me clear and concise instructions on what I need to get a Vista machine to working with ORB, Dish Network and an iPhone??? This all worked so well and seamlessly with Comcast cable! I have my tuner working and get the signal from the receiver (I can see the same channel as what's on the receiver), no problem... But now I need to be able to control the receiver and change channels from Orb. I originally bought a Hauppauge 1650 (or something like that) tuner w/IR Blaster only to find that Vista Media Center doesn't see it. So then I do some research here on the Orb site and see, hey, USB-UIRT is supported and people are using the device to do what I need, awesome!! So, I drop $60 bucks on this block of plastic only to find that, nope, Vista Media Center doesn't see it!!!! Argh!!!

There are people who have done this so please let me know YOUR working configuration that:
1. Works with Vista or Win7 (I have a REAL problem going back to XP!)
2. Works with Orb
3. Lets me control a Dish Network receiver
4. Lets me view and control Orb from my iPhone

Please note that quite a few users have reported that they are unable to change channels using USB UIRT on Vista PC's which has Windows Media Center.

Please be aware that Orb uses the IR codes from Windows Media Center so we request you to configure the IR blaster in Windows Media Center (Vista PC) and then try changing channels via Orb. Also, we are not sure about the compatibility with Windows7.
